In Short

• Support the Marketing team to drive enrollments across Clients, key employers, and health plans in the US.
• Conduct deep analysis of campaign and business performance.
• Assist in strategic growth projects including performance analysis and data visualization.
• Analyze B2C marketing channels and campaigns for conversion opportunities.
• Inform enrollment testing strategy to improve conversion rates.
• Report on Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns.
• Drive execution of growth strategies for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in strategy consulting or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data synthesis ability.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Deep expertise in Looker and Google Sheets; Mixpanel is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with effective execution capability.
• Proactive and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
