Sword Health is on a mission to free two billion people from pain by using AI Care to change lives and save millions for our enterprise clients. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Internal AI Solutions Team to enhance internal processes through Generative AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or open-source models.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into internal tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.
• Strong communication skills.
