• Contribute to designing and improving Sword’s products through hands-on AI/ML development.
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines for model building and evaluation.
• Work with Product, Data & Engineering Teams to implement AI/ML features.
• Share knowledge on building ML systems and promote best practices.
• Identify initiatives for adding AI/ML capabilities to products.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning required.
• Hands-on experience with production machine learning systems.
• Fluency in Greek at a native level is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS is preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with production ML systems.
• Solid experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience in the Python data stack (numpy, pandas, etc.).
• Ability to lead complex projects from ideation to completion.
• Experience mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and solve issues effectively.
• Fluency in Greek at a native level.
