Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in managing high-touch service or patient-engagement teams.
  • Proven success in lifecycle and growth marketing.
  • Experience with AI-enabled customer experience tools.
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to create SOPs.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to enhance care access.
