Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Manager at SITS | Traxion, together with your colleagues from the marketing team you will define and execute a marketing strategy that positions us as a thought leader in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity consulting in the Benelux. Working closely with consultants, sales teams, and leadership, you’ll develop and run high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility, support business growth, and generate leads. You’ll have the freedom to shape the marketing function, create content that resonates with our target audience, and elevate our presence across local and international markets. This role reports into the CEO BeNeLux here at SITS | Traxion.

In Short

• Support sales teams with marketing assets, pitch materials, and client-facing content.
• Define and implement a data-driven B2B marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Create or oversee the creation of content such as case studies, blog posts, and videos.
• Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners.
• Collaborate with the group marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Support other marketing colleagues and help grow the marketing function.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or consulting.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable owning the full marketing funnel from brand to analytics.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.
• Collaborative, creative, and highly organized.
• Working proficiency in English and Dutch; German is a bonus.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Available for at least 32 hours/week and able to work from the Waardenburg office 3 days per week.
• Valid EU driver’s license.
• Must live in the Netherlands with a valid work permit or EU nationality.
