Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Product Analyst will support product teams at SweedPos by leveraging data to make informed decisions, enhancing the user experience for cannabis retailers.

In Short

• Work directly with product teams to support data-driven decision making.
• Define and track core product metrics and build dashboards.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers on analyses and experiments.
• Conduct deep dives into product usage and user behavior.
• Perform ad-hoc research to support client and internal stakeholder questions.
• Improve instrumentation and event tracking with engineering teams.
• Use and contribute to dbt models for metrics validation.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Work with analysts to enhance data usage across teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product, marketing, or growth analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience in ad-hoc analysis for clients or customer success.
• Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with event-based product data analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data clearly.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS products.
