Overview

The Field Marketing Representative (FMR) will be responsible for driving Sweed’s door-count and ARR goals by engaging with dispensaries in Nevada, activating regional events, and converting interest into qualified demos for Account Executives.

In Short

  • Own territory coverage in Nevada by visiting ≥ 25 dispensaries per week.
  • Log touchpoints in HubSpot with ≥ 95% CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate regional events and capture 50+ new qualified contacts per event.
  • Engage with budtenders and managers to uncover pain points.
  • Book ≥ 8 qualified product demos per week.
  • Maintain data integrity and optimize field plans using insights.
  • Relay intelligence on competitor moves and product gaps.
  • Represent Sweed’s brand values in every interaction.
  • Distribute compliant collateral and ensure positive experiences.
  • Contribute to customer feedback sessions and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of field marketing or territory sales experience in legal cannabis or regulated retail.
  • Familiarity with dispensary tech stacks and state compliance rules.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Ability to travel 75%+ within assigned territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
