Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven VP Corporates Marketing, Europe to join our dynamic team to drive growth in our Corporates Europe B2B product portfolio. In this critical role, you will partner closely with the Head of Corporates Europe to drive business growth and sales, and with the full leadership team.

In Short

  • Deliver both short- and long-term revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Create and execute a marketing strategy aligned to Segment’s strategic plan.
  • Understand multiple customer segments for a multi-country strategy.
  • Develop and direct marketing messaging and creative design.
  • Continuously optimize key marketing metrics.
  • Own all execution/operational marketing KPIs for Europe.
  • Leverage thought leadership in Gen AI and SaaS marketing.
  • Manage the European marketing budget and investment decisions.
  • Build strong cross-functional alignment for success.
  • Inspire and develop a distributed marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading distributed, global teams.
  • Track record of delivering on pipeline KPIs.
  • Extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology.
  • Innovator and marketing strategist in the technology industry.
  • Experience in delivering on KPIs across multiple regions.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets.
  • Depth of knowledge in demand generation strategies.
  • Focus on customer experience and time-to-value.
