Product Specialist, Core Legal Research with AI - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a flexible and self-driven Product Specialist /Solutions Engineer to join our team with a focus on the support of pre-sale demos of CoCounsel and CoCounsel Drafting in addition to Westlaw Precision.

In Short

• Support customers at all points in the customer lifecycle including pre-sale, rollouts and mid-contract upgrades.
• Drive product adoption and revenue retention through needs-based training and guidance.
• Design trainings targeted to the user level (paralegal, attorney, support).
• Respond to incoming customer requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay up to date with product releases and changes to ensure accurate and current guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges.
• Proactively reach out to customers to drive ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed designated activity goals while driving revenue growth of assigned products.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and product focus areas.
• Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.

Requirements

• JD (Juris Doctor) Required.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the legal technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and demonstrations.
• Credible, engaging presentation skill in delivery of training via remote training technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Drafting Assistant, Document Intelligence, and/or CoCounsel is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and product focus areas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and up-to-date guidance.
