Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees in the Pre-Press, DCS and Engineering departments and directing work activities to meet production, quality, and safety goals for Core Publishing Solutions.

• Direct work activity to meet departmental production targets.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
• 3-5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques preferred.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office required; ERP and SAP preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
