Overview

The HR Advisor will provide specialist support and guidance to employees and managers at Thomson Reuters, focusing on areas such as Immigration, Sickness & Occupational Health, and Leave of Absences.

In Short

  • Provide guidance on local HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a knowledge expert in specific HR fields.
  • Handle low to medium Employee Relations cases.
  • Design and deliver training on HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to queries regarding the Workday system.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Support payroll team with timely changes.
  • Assist with redundancy documentation as needed.
  • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility in work arrangements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience using Workday.
  • Relevant university degree preferred.
  • Good IT skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Effective interviewing and questioning skills.
  • Understanding of policy and legal obligations.
