Overview

The Global HR Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering Human Resources initiatives that support the organization’s business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field or relevant Professional Qualification.
• Experience in a global start-up or scale-up environment.
• Strong generalist HR skills including employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Passion for driving improvement and managing performance.
• Critical thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in the Crypto or Web3 industry is desirable.
