Requirements

• Direct experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management.

• Comprehensive understanding of multi-location management.
• Strong finance background with autonomous decision-making ability.
• Collaborative leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational competence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and property management systems.
• Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
