Overview

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Billing Consultant to design, implement, and optimize billing and invoicing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Billing & Invoicing solutions.
• Customize and optimize billing models, pricing structures, and payment processing.
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, financial systems, and payment gateways.
• Develop automated workflows for billing cycles and recurring invoices.
• Support subscription-based, consumption-based, and contract-based billing models.
• Gather requirements and provide technical solutions for billing automation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.
• Troubleshoot billing-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Assist in system upgrades and custom reporting for financial analytics.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and financial transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and tax policies.
• Experience with automated workflows and billing cycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Mentorship experience is a plus.
