Overview

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing their duties without direct supervision and be capable of working both locally and sometimes remotely while maintaining team cohesion. They must be customer-focused, and a motivated self-starter who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills; both orally and in writing. Exceptional listening, questioning, and analytical skills are vital to success in this role.

In Short

  • Provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers and peripherals.
  • Support SWA’s Sausalito and San Francisco offices.
  • Provide remote support to all other SWA offices.
  • Adhere to SWA’s IT standards and compliance.
  • Coordinate activities with local office management.
  • Possess a working knowledge of IT related hardware and software.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with Windows 10, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Products is desired.
  • Ability to troubleshoot printers and desktops.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
