Professional Services Engineer Pipeline - Remote

Overview

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a MCR Engineer. Professional Service Engineer (PSE) works as a member of the delivery team for product remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE platform. Provides expertise and technical contribution in technical aspects of the project. The PSE will work with the project team from the sales to services transition through the closure of the project.

In Short

• Installation and integration of NICE software solutions remotely.
• Assist with technical questions from project kick-off to handover.
• Ensure proper integration of technical architecture components.
• Communicate design flaws during delivery of NICE Solutions.
• Assist customers with configuration requirements.
• Provide technical expertise of the NICE product suite.
• Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
• Report issues and engage support teams as needed.
• Document lessons learned and resolutions.
• Communicate customer feedback to R&D/product support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Product implementation & integration.
• Fluent in English & Portuguese.
• Well versed with Customer engagement.
• Understanding of Project Delivery working model.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to learn and adapt to new technology independently.
• Experience with Advanced Solutions preferred.
• Microsoft Windows Server Installation and Configuration.
• Microsoft Security knowledge.
