Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Payroll Technical Consultant with expertise in developing, coding, and managing interfaces within the payroll & benefits module, specifically for US Payroll.

In Short

• Develop and customize Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits solutions.
• Create and maintain RICE components.
• Perform development tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS APIs.
• Design, build, and manage interfaces between Oracle EBS Payroll and other systems.
• Resolve technical issues in Payroll & benefits.
• Prepare and execute test scripts for configurations and customizations.
• Document technical specifications and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide production support for technical aspects of Payroll.
• Conduct root cause analysis for Payroll interface issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience in Oracle EBS.
• 5+ years focused on EBS Payroll & Benefits development.
• Advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work closely with functional teams.
