Overview

Sutherland is looking for a Microsoft Training Professional to support one of our growing programs. This role requires a Microsoft expert with the ability to train, support, and confidently answer user questions in real time.

In Short

• Conduct live, instructor-led virtual training sessions.
• Hold office hours for one-on-one assistance.
• Create and customize training content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and assessments.
• Design engaging and interactive training programs.
• Explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience designing and delivering software training.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Confidence in delivering live demos.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Desirable certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft 365 Certified.
