Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced contact center environment. This is a remote/work-at-home opportunity supporting customers across the New York market.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internal systems.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately.
  • Research and resolve inquiries related to accounts and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with New York City and the five boroughs required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
