Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst - RAC - Remote

Overview

An experienced Business Analyst or Sr. Business Analyst with a solid background in Oracle EBS Payroll functional is needed to optimize payroll operations.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle EBS Payroll.
• Provide functional expertise on Oracle EBS Payroll modules.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders for alignment with business objectives.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS Payroll functionality.
• Identify areas for process improvement in payroll workflows.
• Provide functional support for payroll-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for payroll processes.
• Coordinate with teams in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Sr. Business Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Payroll modules.
• Availability for 3-4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll system issues.
