• We are looking for a Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our AI initiatives.
• Identify required manufacturing operations and processes.
• Knowledge of machining, metal fabrication, welding, 3D printing, and injection molding is required.
• This is a contract role with flexible hours (10-20 hours per week).
• Perfect for driven individuals who work well independently.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies in manufacturing.
• Must be a U.S citizen due to the nature of the data.
• Competent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
• Access to a computer and internet is required.
• Provide technical expertise to identify manufacturing processes and supplier requirements.

Requirements

• General computer capabilities including email, internet, and teleconferencing tools.
• Ability to read 2D prints or other engineering drawings.
• Expert understanding of manufacturing principles.
• 10+ years relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities based on website information.
• Must be a U.S citizen and consent to a background check.
• Competent written and oral communication skills.
• Access to a computer and internet.
