Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software interactions.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing logs.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with remote hardware debugging.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
