Requirements

  • Native Ukrainian and English B2
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support role within fintech
  • Personal or professional experience with trading, investments or crypto
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection
