As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be part of a global Support-as-a-Service leader, delivering exceptional customer and technical support in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher)
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer with stable internet connection
