In Short

• Oversee the factory audit process for direct import vendors.
• Lead the creation and implementation of third-party testing requests.
• Identify required testing and certifications for product categories.
• Evaluate product samples from multiple private label suppliers.
• Collaborate with vendors to address quality issues.
• Develop customer service documents and training materials.
• Conduct customer training sessions and represent the private label program at trade shows.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback on the private label program.
• Work with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Merchandising, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product quality management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience working independently and with remote team members.
