Overview

The Service Quality Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing quality assurance for all health offers on the platform accessed by clients and provided by all Tiko providers.

In Short

  • Adjust quality assurance operating procedures and policies.
  • Understand clients’ needs and ensure high standards of care.
  • Solicit feedback for quality improvement of programs.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements with franchisors.
  • Set up and manage a pool of independent providers.
  • Coordinate independent quality auditors for certification.
  • Assess training gaps for health offers on the platform.
  • Develop and maintain quality reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Based in Abuja, Nigeria (mandatory).
  • 5-7 years experience in a quality improvement role.
  • Experience in the health services sector, preferably in SRH.
  • Exposure to health quality improvement audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Confident English communication skills.
