Engineering Manager - Data Apps & AI - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Data apps & AI team. This team will work on our platform for storing and analyzing our customer data. The goal is to provide automated, AI/ML-driven insights built on our customers' data that drive optimization and growth.

In Short

• Build new products for our customers that leverage AI/ML
• Lead a strong team of highly skilled and hard-working software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists
• Design and build a scalable architecture for storing our customers' data
• Provide technical guidance to the team on data architecture and data engineering
• Work with product and other development teams to deliver features and improvements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Participate in hands-on development and technical decisions
• Work with the product manager and other stakeholders on building backlog
• Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes
• Coordinate cross-team work and collaboration

Requirements

• Great understanding of data architecture & data engineering
• Understanding of software development processes, such as Agile or Scrum
• Familiar with project management tools, such as JIRA
• Experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Attention to detail, delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English and experience working in an international environment
