Overview

Superlogic is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations and strategy, managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, audits, and compliance while providing strategic oversight.

• Oversee finance and accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reporting.
• Manage month-end and quarterly close processes for accurate financial statements.
• Update and reconcile cryptocurrency balances using tools like Koinly.
• Provide financial insights to support leadership in fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the staff accountant and manage relationships with outsourced services.
• Liaise with auditors and other key functions.
• Manage the tax return process and lead annual financial audits.
• Prepare financial slides for board meetings.
• Conduct financial modeling for investors and fundraising efforts.
