In Short

• Support the smooth running of the Design team’s day-to-day operations.
• Handle administrative processes and track contracts.
• Manage digital assets and ensure seamless coordination between teams.
• File and organise meeting recordings and send notes to stakeholders.
• Collect invoices and liaise with the finance team for payments.
• Ensure files and contracts are properly tagged and stored.
• Maintain oversight of all contracts and key dates.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Notion.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and process-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
