• Support the COO in streamlining operations across various departments.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including scheduling and report preparation.
• Coordinate logistics for team meetings and events.
• Document existing processes and maintain SOPs.
• Manage the COO’s calendar and communications.
• Provide administrative support and handle internal communications.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the COO.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• IT-related certifications are desirable.
