Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As the Lead Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of our digital design initiatives, responsible for crafting visually compelling and experientially rich digital products. This is a senior role where you will not only execute top-tier designs but also lead and inspire a growing team of designers. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Design, Heads of Product, and Executive team to set the strategic direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless, engaging user experience.

• You will have a pivotal role in establishing a world-class design studio from the ground up.
• Lead the design of digital products, interfaces, apps, and games, ensuring they are visually stunning, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall creative vision.
• Develop and implement UX strategies that prioritise user needs and behaviours.
• Work closely with the Director of Design and Product Heads to translate creative concepts into functional digital products.
• Design and refine user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.
• Create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design concepts are fully realised in the final product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on digital products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• A deep passion for creating beautiful, functional, and innovative digital experiences.
• A strong advocate for the user, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital products.
• Web3/blockchain/digital collectibles experience is a plus.
• Experience deconstructing complex design challenges into simple solutions.
