In Short

• Conduct market research to assess product trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
• Identify patterns in user behavior and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests or other experimentation methods.
• Document findings and insights for team discussions and presentations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) from Tier 1 college ( IIT, BITS).
• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
