• Support and grow a small team of talented product designers.
• Balance leadership with hands-on design work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing product designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking and measurable business impact.
• Experience in B2C products with high-engagement touchpoints.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with “0-1” consumer products in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to leverage UXR and quantitative data for design decisions.
• Strong foundation in building and maintaining design systems.
• A growth-minded leader who thrives in ambiguity.
