This is a fully remote position based on the West Coast (U.S. Pacific Time Zone).

In Short

• Provide personalized support to patients/families seeking second opinions from medical experts.
• Work closely with team members to ensure high service levels.
• Manage remote second opinion requests with attention to detail.
• Schedule and coordinate video calls between physicians and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various teams.
• Develop skills in client service, communication, and project management.
• Handle increasing responsibilities over time.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a clinical setting or client-facing operations role.
• Passion for creating exceptional member experiences.
• Strong interest in healthcare and technology.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply.
• High emotional quotient for dealing with sensitive topics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations.
• West Coast based location required.
• RN licensure or bilingual fluency is a plus.
