Overview

We are seeking experienced and highly professional Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to support a targeted executive outreach project focused on engaging senior decision-makers across the banking, insurance, and investment sectors for an exclusive industry workshop.

In Short

  • Conduct targeted outreach to senior decision-makers within banks, insurance firms, and investment companies.
  • Execute multi-channel engagement strategies including LinkedIn, personalized emails, tele-outreach, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Professionally introduce and position the workshop to secure registrations and attendance.
  • Build rapport with C-level executives through consultative and value-driven conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, RSVP confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all communications align with professional standards and project expectations.
  • Achieve project targets, including securing confirmed attendees for the event.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and team briefings to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level contacts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and consultative approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify decision-makers.
  • Experience in multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, messaging platforms).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
