Overview

NetFoundry is seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify pipeline for our enterprise sales team.

In Short

  • Outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
  • Engage with technical buyers in cybersecurity, IT, networking, cloud, and platform teams.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify pain points.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Participate in account-based outreach strategies.
  • Continuously improve prospect engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting outbound activity goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Resilience, coachability, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance startup environment.
