Lead QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Lead QA Engineer with leadership flair to join our founding team and play a pivotal hands-on role in shaping the current and future capabilities of our product.

In Short

• Work closely with the co-founders and be responsible for building core components.
• Lead and expand the QA team.
• Own the design, creation, and implementation of the company’s overall QA strategy.
• Help hire and lead a team of QA automation engineers and manual QA testers.
• Innovative problem solver who believes in AI to solve QA related problems.
• Track record of using AI to optimize QA/testing in fast-paced environments.
• 7+ years in full-stack QA experience.
• Capable of managing QA teams across US and India time zones.
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and tools like Selenium.
• Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs a plus.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
