Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to represent our growing healthcare organization. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary liaison between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and the families transitioning out of these facilities. Your role will be instrumental in driving lead generation, cultivating relationships, and ultimately helping families find the care they need.

In Short

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Achieve target quotas by generating high-quality patient referrals.
• Develop and manage a book of accounts to increase referral volume.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers through networking and presentations.
• Follow up on discharge outcomes to reinforce service value.
• Educate families on available care options.
• Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors for successful placements.
• Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives.
