We seek exceptional Software Engineer: Distributed Systems to design and build critical infrastructure components for our Gen3 blockchain platform.

In Short

• Design peer-to-peer protocols for efficient block gossip.
• Architect schedulers for handling unpredictable conditional transactions.
• Implement state-of-the-art consensus protocols optimized for low latency.
• Implement concurrency control using lock-free data structures.
• Architect high-performance Merkleized key-value stores.
• Build mechanisms ensuring transaction submissions cannot be blocked.
• Implement real-time metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
• 8+ years software engineering experience with 4+ years in distributed systems required.
• Expert proficiency in systems languages (Rust, C++, C).
• Strong communication skills and ownership to drive new features independently.

• Understanding of consensus algorithms and Byzantine Fault Tolerance.
