The Marketing Director will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving growth for a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Own multichannel acquisition and run paid campaigns.
Lead lifecycle and nurture programs for leads.
Manage CRM (HubSpot) for effective data organization.

Requirements

4–6+ years in growth or full-stack marketing roles.
Strong marketing instincts and a perspective on campaign strategy.
Comfort with data analysis and tools like Google Analytics.
Experience managing CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
A bias for action and a desire to make an impact.
