IT Administrator with Focus on Infrastructure & Automation (m/f/d) - Remote

In Short

• Start immediately ● Full-time ● Permanent ● in Augsburg or remote
• Support Mac and Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network devices
• Manage and monitor MDM solutions for secure and efficient mobile device usage
• Collaborate closely with our partner Arvato for smooth integration of IT services
• Develop and implement best practices for optimizing IT support processes
• Manage internal server infrastructure (databases, logs, interfaces)
• Oversee office network (Access Point, Firewall, Telephony, NAS storage)
• Manage permissions within the company
• Plan AI automation projects on infrastructure and security levels

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT system administration
• Experience with MDM solutions, ideally Jamf, Intune or similar
• Knowledge in managing and administering network infrastructure (Firewalls, VPN, WLAN, NAS)
• Experience with server technologies
• Interest and initial experience in AI technologies and automation solutions
• Proactive, strong analytical skills, and a solution-oriented, structured work style
• Very good communication skills in German and ideally English
