Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant education, experience, or certification.
• Experience managing remote teams effectively.
• Understanding of Value Based Care principles.
• Experience in chronic kidney disease management.
• Strong business acumen and financial planning skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on data-driven performance.
