Overview

As a Manager, Facilities & Vendor Management at Strive Health, you will coordinate and manage real estate transactions, facility operations, and ongoing operational vendor management.

• Coordinate real estate transactions and portfolio management.
• Oversee facilities and vendor management.
• Manage daily office operations at Strive's Denver Headquarters.
• Facilitate decision-making for new locations, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure vendor compliance and efficient operations across all locations.
• Track real estate expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support launch of new vendors through selection and implementation.
• Manage and document processes for site openings and closures.
• Handle administrative tasks and communication.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related education, experience, or certification.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions and lease management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Must be willing to go into the office 2+ days/week.
• Ability to travel and meet business needs.
