Associate, Network Operations - Remote

Overview

The Network Operations Associate will support standardizing and scaling operations across Strive's markets, focusing on external provider partnerships, program development, and ongoing market operations.

In Short

• Supports day-to-day operations of the Network Operations team.
• Supports provider partnerships through creative engagement strategies.
• Works closely with the Strive Market Operations Lead and Clinical Market Lead.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement of provider performance.
• Provides input to strategy for clinical integration with key provider partners.
• Partners with market leadership to develop high-quality deliverables.
• Contributes to strategies and project plans for network operations-specific initiatives.
• Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare-related field.
• 1+ years experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or similar field.
• 1+ years experience using Excel for data analysis.
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down).
• Experience working in healthcare with provider experience (preferred).
• Experience designing and implementing clinical protocols and workflows (preferred).
• Experience working with virtual teams (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive performance and outcomes (preferred).
