Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Solutions Architecture Team at Stripe, you will build trusted relationships with c-level executives and technical decision makers to provide business and technical thought leadership, helping them solve critical business challenges.

In Short

• Be a key member of a Stripe account team defining customer strategy.
• Identify and close new complex opportunities.
• Drive thought leadership for key business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand customer business objectives and design solutions.
• Conduct business analysis and research on customers and industries.
• Lead strategy engagements to align business priorities.
• Expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” for insights and trends.
• Participate in sales forecasting and account planning.
• Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience in the payments/ billing / invoicing / issuing / banking / Fintech space.
• Executive engagement skills and presence.
• Effective group-facilitation skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for ownership and driving change.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel as needed.
