In Short

  • You will lead a team of account managers and creative designers, responsible for the efficient and sustainable growth of our E-commerce clients' paid social ad accounts.
  • You are responsible for developing and evolving the media buying and creative strategy of your accounts and achieving individual client goals.
  • You manage and build client relationships, ensuring their goals are met.
  • You will lead and develop your own teams through coaching, feedback, and individual development plans.
  • You plan and coordinate your team's projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • You will manage your own accounts and optimize them operationally.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in media buying for Meta & TikTok ads with E-commerce brands.
  • 3-4 years of agency experience in a performance advertising agency with budget responsibility.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in creative strategy / creative design.
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking tools like GetKLAR / TripleWhale and reporting tools like Dataslayer / Supermetrics.
  • Strong understanding of creative tools like Canva / CapCut / InDesign / Premiere Pro for effectively managing creative designers / video editors.
  • Your German language skills are at a native level.
  • Your English skills are business fluent.
