In Short

• You will be responsible for your own marketing budget with scaling potential.
• You will develop data-driven scaling strategies for high-growth D2C brands and manage their implementation across Meta, TikTok, and others.
• You will analyze performance data and optimize budgets, campaigns, and creatives along clear KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC).
• You will develop a structured testing roadmap for creatives and derive learnings for future campaigns.
• You will conceptualize and create creatives for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and others.
• You will brief shoots for creator content.
• You will manage client communication and relationships.

Requirements

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a paid social performance marketer, having developed and implemented strategies.
• Completed studies in business administration/advertising/communication/marketing.
• You have experience working with clients in an agency setting.
• You work independently and possess the drive needed to scale your clients.
• You are creative-oriented and enjoy focusing on optimization in this area.
