In Short

• Develop and design creatives (images and videos) for social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure high-performing creatives.
• Stay updated on the latest creative trends and incorporate them into your work.
• Analyze the performance of creatives and share insights with the team.
• Ensure adherence to creative best practices and processes for clients.
• Plan and brief creator shootings to generate fresh content.
• Manage client projects and communication.
• Optional: Responsible for campaign creation in Ads Manager and optimization.

Requirements

• Completed training/studies in communication design/media design.
• Understanding of branding, advertising psychology, and communication principles with attention to detail.
• 2-3 years of experience in creating advertisements, preferably for paid social.
• 2-3 years of agency experience (prioritizing and working on multiple projects simultaneously, experience in client communication).
• Active on Instagram, TikTok & Co. and passionate about advertising from other brands.
• Proficient in Canva, with experience in InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with CapCut and Illustrator is a plus.
• Organized, structured, and experienced in larger team projects.
• Creative with a repertoire of exciting concepts.
• Ability to interpret key KPIs in Ads Manager (optional) and willingness to delve deeper into Ads Manager (required).
• Fluent in German at a native level.
