Senior Corporate Accountant - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle accounting and reporting requirements of assigned Stream corporate entities, delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

In Short

• Responsible for the month-end close process for assigned entities.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to corporate accounting reviewers and Stream Partners.
• Calculate division leader bonuses as required.
• Review commission billing and payroll accruals.
• Track investment entities and record equity pickups.
• Review A/P invoices and post payment batches.
• Prepare and post customer billings.
• Manage cash for assigned entities.
• Special reporting and analytical projects as needed.
• Respond to questions from local offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Full-cycle accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Independent ability to do calculations and book entries required.
• Knowledge of GAAP required.
• Commercial real estate or Property Management experience preferred.
• Ability to review contracts preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Experience with Yardi or Workday preferred.
• Exemplary communication skills required.
