Clinical Applications Support Specialist - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Applications Support Specialist will work 2nd shift to ensure the highest level of service to physicians, hospital clients, and patients in the Distributed Radiology environment.

In Short

• Working hours from 2:30pm to 11:30pm with weekend rotation every 4th weekend.
• Daily technical, operational, and clinical workflow support.
• Resolve missing images, reports, and exam notes.
• Provide report information via phone and fax.
• Assist in training new and existing users of Distributed Radiology.
• Monitor workflow and connectivity to clinical facilities.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on workstations.
• Communicate with IT personnel to troubleshoot issues.
• Must be located within 1 hour of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least one year of experience in Customer Service, Radiology, or IT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Prior knowledge of the PACS system is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be located within 1 hour of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
